Every mum is unique, and every birth is unique! We’ll support you through the physical changes you may experience after birth, whether you’re a new mum or you had children years ago for you to rebuild your core. All our Pilates classes take place in person in St Albans.
Whether your child is eight months or 18 years old, if you haven’t found time to reconnect with your body since birth, you’ll feel the benefit of specialist postnatal Pilates classes. We’ll help you to deepen your knowledge and understanding of Pilates in a supportive, non-competitive environment. This is about your experience, your confidence in your body and, above all, your enjoyment of movement.
