A Day to Move, Pause, and Reconnect
For Pilates teachers who want clarity, confidence, and steadiness — in their bodies and in their teaching
This retreat day is an invitation to step out of the constant doing and come back to what really matters in your work.
It’s designed for Pilates teachers who want to teach with more ease and confidence, without piling on more pressure, information, or self-doubt.
Across the day, we’ll move, reflect, learn, and rest — supporting both your nervous system and your professional life.
Teaching Pilates can be meaningful and fulfilling — and also quietly exhausting.
Many teachers feel:
This day offers space to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
It’s a chance to:
You’ll leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more confident in your own way of teaching.
Guided movement sessions (2)
Gentle, thoughtful movement experiences designed to help you:
These sessions aren’t about performance — they’re about feeling, noticing, and integrating.
Teaching Beyond the Mat
Explore how simplicity, sensation, and timing help clients take movement into daily life — without over-explaining or overwhelming them.
Bodies at Desks
Practical tools for working with modern, desk-based bodies. Learn how to reduce tension, improve movement quality, and make Pilates relevant beyond the studio.
Strength Foundations for Women
Build confidence teaching strength across different life stages. Integrate pelvic floor and core awareness in a way that feels clear, safe, and empowering.
Coaching & Reflection: Owning Your Authority
A supportive space to reflect on your teaching and business, work through self-doubt, and reconnect with a sustainable, realistic version of success — on your terms.
There will be time to pause, reflect, and share — both individually and in small groups.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or copying someone else’s style.
It’s about:
Supportive feedback is offered gently, without pressure or comparison.
We’ll be spending the day at Mason & Fifth, Westbourne Park — a calm, beautiful space that supports slowing down.
Time is built into the day to:
This day values rest as much as learning.
This retreat is for Pilates teachers who:
There’s no “right” stage of career — just openness to reflection and growth.
We’re both experienced Pilates teachers who have spent years working with women’s bodies and supporting other teachers.
Grace is also a coach and women’s health specialist, offering deep insight into confidence, clarity, and sustainable professional growth.
I bring expertise in desk-based pain, movement, and economics — grounding our work in practical decision-making, time awareness, and building careers that last.
Together, we blend movement, coaching, and clear thinking — so what you learn feels realistic, embodied, and immediately usable.
By the end of the day, you’ll feel:
And you’ll take home tools you can use straight away.
This day has been created with care — to truly support teachers, not overwhelm them.
Spaces are limited.
