We have developed a new and exciting programme that makes the most of lockdown life with online coaching calls as well as a home exercise programme to complete at your own pace. This is about more than “just” Pilates – it is a holistic approach to pelvic floor health that we really believe can make a difference to you both right now and in the future.
The programme will include the following:
