What we offer

We have developed a new and exciting programme that makes the most of lockdown life with online coaching calls as well as a home  exercise programme to complete at your own pace. This is about more than “just” Pilates – it is a holistic approach to pelvic floor health that we really believe can make a difference to you both right now and in the future.

The programme will include the following:

    • Deep screening process
    • 4 x Live Zoom calls starting on Tuesday 30th June at 7.30pm (and access to the recordings if you don’t make it) 
    • weekly videos in an exclusive members area to consolidate your practice 
    • Bonus module including pre-recorded Zoom calls with pre and postnatal experts including a life coach, nutritionist, Women’s Health Osteopath and Women’s Health Physio

FAQs

Can anyone buy the Your Core Matters course? Yes but you will only be given access to the exercise programme when you have been fully screened. Do I need any equipment? No! Although I would recommend that you purchase an overball, spiky massage ball, theraband and fascial release ball. You can source these yourselves or purchase an an add-on when you make your booking.
