Your Core Matters is an online programme focusing on pelvic floor health. We’ll teach you about pelvic floor function and empower you to look after your core so it serves you well for the rest of your life!

This is about more than “just” an online Pilates programme. It’s a holistic approach to pelvic floor health that we really believe can make a difference to you both right now and in the future.

Who it’s for

Anyone who has worries about their pelvic floor function or wants to better understand how to harness better pelvic floor health. We have had people doing the course during pregnancy, with a 2 week old baby and with children in their 30’s. It really is for anyone who has a pelvic floor and wants to understand it.

What the course covers

The course programme includes:

  • Deep screening process (you’ll only be given access to the rest of the course once this stage is complete)

  • Guidance on exercises to improve posture, breathing and alignment
  • 4 modules of videos, written content and recordings to teach you about breath, alignment and how you can improve your pelvic floor health
  • 4 x live Zoom coaching calls
  • Detailed exercise videos in an exclusive members area to help you consolidate your practice
  • Bonus module including pre-recorded Zoom calls with pre and postnatal experts including a life coach, nutritionist, women’s health osteopath and women’s health physio

Your investment for all of this postnatal support plus lifetime access to the videos is just £149.

You don’t need any special equipment, but to get the most from the exercises we’d recommend that you purchase an overball, spiky massage ball, theraband and fascial release ball. You can source these yourselves or purchase as an add-on when you make your booking.
