In today’s demanding society, we often hover in a constant state of anxiety – to the point that we don’t even realise it until we stop. And when is the last time you stopped?!

Over the course of our Hertfordshire based Re-Treat Day for mums we will focus on my three key pillars to help bring you back to balance and feeling centred.

In this day of peace and rest, you will learn and practice cutting edge breath work techniques, restorative Pilates, enjoy incredible, nourishing food and have the option to receive deep body work to super charge your body’s systems, bring in balance, relax and reboot the body and mind.

NOURISH

I’m SO excited to be teaming up with local businesses My BackYard Kitchen to provide you with a nourishing lunch and an afternoon superfood snack to leave you feeling energised and refreshed. I can’t wait to eat all of this delicious food, it’s going to be a real highlight!

MOVE

In between the pilates and breath sessions you can enjoy woodland walks in the heart of the beautiful Essendon countryside and there will also be the option to have spa treatments at an additional cost.

Pilates mats, balls, bolsters and blankets are all provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment should you prefer.

What we’ll cover

Total cost for the Re-Treat Day is £159 per person (all of the above is included in the price.)

11. 45 am Arrival

Arrive at the beautiful Cucumber Fields and enjoy a delicious fresh juice to get you ready for the day ahead.

12.00 pm – Pilates class with Grace from Centred Mums

Energising Pilates class with Grace, focusing on standing work and functional movement to energise and revitalise you.

1.00 pm – Lunch provided by My Backyard Kitchen (with opportunity for massages)

Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the team at My Backyard Kitchen and take some time to walk around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Cucumber Fields.

2.30 pm – ‘A journey back to yourself’ with Nicole Rose

An empowering session where we will explore our body image and mental health through inquiry, breath and meditation.

Nicole is a body image and embodiment coach, yoga & meditation teacher and mother of two girls.

Her mission is to help women heal their body image and mental health struggles using a combination of talking therapy, breath and yoga so they can feel confident in their own skin and step into their truly authentic unapologetic selves with peace and ease.

3.15 pm – Pilates class with Grace from Centred Mums

Focusing on release and restoration and why it is so important to incorporate these in our day-to-day life.

4.15 pm – Break with a superfood snack

4.30 pm – Breath work Session with Clare from Creative Sleep

Clare is passionate about tackling problematic sleep and helping you awaken to the magic of the night.

We’re asleep for a third of our lives, with most unaware of the potential of this time – Dream Yogas, problem solving, healing ourselves and others as well as finding creative solutions!

5.30 pm – Round Up

5.45 pm – Finish
