1.30pm Welcome and intro with Gemma

An empowering session where we will explore how hormones work, why they matter and what you can do to support them better

2.30 pm – Pilates class with Grace from Centred Mums

Relaxing Pilates class with Grace, focusing on restorative movement and release to help you feel fully nourished.

3.30 pm – Practical hormone balancing

Gemma will share wisdom on herbs that naturally support hormonal health. Discover the potency of these natural remedies and how to seamlessly incorporate them into your routine for sustained well-being.

4.30 pm – Breath work Session

Grace will lead you through coherent breath work and you will find deep relaxation with this transformative technique.

5 pm – Finish
