Centred Mums in Motion

A core rehab programme is vital after you’ve had your baby, and it can be life-changing for new mums! This is particularly important if you want to do high impact exercise (there’s a huge jump between doing pelvic floor exercises and going for a run!).

This is about more than just strength. We’ll work on awareness, co-ordination and your ability to adapt to the demands you place on your body.

Who it’s for

We created the Centred Mums in Motion course as a result of the huge demand from women wanting to get ready to get back to running, HIIT classes, netball club or whatever else they were challenging their postnatal body with. Remember, once postnatal, always postnatal – this programme is suitable whether your baby is six weeks or 26 years old!

This course is for you if:

  • you’ve ever had a baby – whether that baby is six weeks or 26 years old!
  • you want to improve your body confidence
  • you want to improve your pelvic floor and abdominal function
  • you’re looking to do high impact exercise
  • you’re already doing high impact exercise but know your core needs to do more!
  • you feel like you need to reconnect with your core

It’s suitable for you whatever your level of fitness, and whatever size or shape you are. You can work through the programme at your own pace.

What the course covers

The Centred Mums in Motion programme includes:

  • Full detailed screening and referral process if necessary
  • Foundations module to clarify all the basic knowledge that every woman should have about her body – guidance on exercises to improve your breathing strategy, posture and alignment, information about abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Nutrition module explaining why nutrition matters and how you can use it to get the most out of your exercise programme
  • 6 exercise modules starting with basic core rehab and building up to loading, adding impact and good exercises to do alongside your high impact work
  • Weekly coaching call for accountability – exercise of the week, educational info
  • Access to step by step exercise videos as well as longer pre-recorded classes in the exclusive membership area
  • Access to video recordings with a life coach and women’s health physio to give you greater insight into your body and how to care for yourself
  • Bonus relaxation download
  • Access to private Facebook group for support and guidance from us and the rest of the group – accountability helps!
  • Better body awareness to give you autonomy over what exercise works for you and what doesn’t – this will help you use your body better for the rest of your life!


The Centred Mums in Motion online course package costs just £199.

If you’re new to the classes you may also need to buy our equipment bundle for £25 (if you don’t already own this equipment), including an overball, spiky massage ball, fascial release ball and theraband.
