Pregnancy Pilates Online Mondays 7.15pm
If you’re pregnant, this class is for you! You can start this course at any point after week 13 of your pregnancy – and it’s never too late to begin. We’ll adapt our tailored support as your pregnancy progresses, so you can continue with classes right up until you give birth if you want to.
Maximum of 10 participants per session.
